A success story for our young apprentice

At Enevate Homes we pride ourselves on the education of our staff members and young people. We are extremely proud of our team and the work they put into training others and educating themselves. It was great to see one of our newest apprentices be awarded Employee of The Month last month. Seeing the apprentices drive and enthusiasm drives us a company and even better when we see them flourish within our working environment. Well Done Conor, we can already see you have a great future ahead.

Conor joined us on the 26th of July 2021 from New College Lanarkshire where he studied Level 5 carpentry and bench joinery.
 
He has joined us an apprentice joiner and will commence his apprenticeship next year. By taking on students straight from college, we can assess their ability and suitability to progress onto an apprenticeship. Conor has ‘hit the ground running’ and has made an excellent start to his career with Enevate.
 
He was awarded August’s ‘Employee of the Month’ for his energy and enthusiasm. His line manager has been particularly impressed by his general aptitude and potential. He is proving to be an asset to the company and ambassador for future apprentices.
